Warranty Policy

At Evermont, we want customers to feel confident when purchasing baby-care products from our store.

This Warranty Policy explains how we handle products that arrive with manufacturing defects or develop eligible faults within an applicable warranty period.

Manufacturer Warranties

Some products sold by Evermont may include a manufacturer warranty.

Where a manufacturer warranty applies, the specific warranty period, coverage, exclusions, and claim process may vary by product.

Please review the product packaging, manual, listing, or manufacturer documentation for any product-specific warranty terms.

Evermont Warranty Support

If a product arrives:

  • Defective
  • Damaged
  • Not functioning as intended
  • Incorrect

please contact us as soon as possible.

We will review the issue and may offer an appropriate solution, including:

  • Replacement
  • Refund
  • Repair support where applicable
  • Manufacturer warranty assistance

The appropriate solution depends on the product, nature of the issue, availability, and applicable warranty terms.

Warranty Claim Requirements

When contacting us about a warranty issue, please provide:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Product name
  • Description of the problem
  • Photos or video showing the issue when possible
  • Any relevant serial number or manufacturer information

We may request additional information to help verify the issue.

What Is Generally Covered

Eligible warranty claims may include faults caused by:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Defective components
  • Electrical or mechanical failure under normal intended use
  • Products that fail to operate as described due to an inherent defect

Coverage may depend on the individual product and manufacturer terms.

What Is Not Covered

Warranty coverage generally does not apply to problems caused by:

  • Accidental damage
  • Improper use
  • Misuse or abuse
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Failure to follow instructions
  • Unauthorized modification or repair
  • Water damage where the product is not designed to be water-resistant
  • Incorrect installation or assembly
  • Damage caused after delivery
  • Improper cleaning, maintenance, or storage

Batteries and Consumable Parts

Batteries, filters, replaceable components, and other consumable parts may have different warranty coverage from the main product.

Normal deterioration of consumable items through regular use is generally not considered a manufacturing defect.

Warranty and Returns

Our Warranty Policy is separate from our 30-day Return and Refund Policy.

If you are within the eligible return period, your issue may be handled under our Return and Refund Policy instead.

Warranty rights may continue beyond the standard return period where an applicable manufacturer warranty or legal protection applies.

Shipping for Approved Warranty Claims

If Evermont confirms that a product is defective and an approved return is required, Evermont will provide instructions and cover reasonable return shipping where appropriate.

Please do not return a product before receiving instructions from our support team.

Replacement Products

When a replacement is approved, availability may depend on current stock.

If the same product is unavailable, we may offer another appropriate solution, such as a refund or comparable replacement, where agreed.

Product Safety

If you believe a product may present a safety risk, stop using the product immediately and contact Evermont.

Please also review our Baby & Product Safety Notice.

Statutory Rights

This Warranty Policy does not limit any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
